Specimen Requirements

2 mL of body fluid in a screw-capped, sterile container. Maintain sterility and forward promptly.

Note:  1. Indicate specimen source on request form.

2. Label specimen with patient’s name (first and last), date of birth, date and time of collection, collector’s initials and specimen source.
