Specimen Requirements

Draw specimen in plain red tube. Allow to clot and spin down and separate. Must be separated within 2 hours of draw. Submit 3 ml serum.

Note:  Label specimen with patient’s name (first and last), date of birth, date and time of draw, and phlebotomist’s initials.
