Specimen Requirements
Draw blood in a lavender-top (EDTA) tube, and send 4.5 mL (minimum volume: 0.3 mL) of EDTA whole blood refrigerated. Do not centrifuge. Send in original VACUTAINER®.
Note: 1. Therapeutic ranges apply to trough specimens collected just prior to a.m. dose.
Peak ranges apply to peak specimens collected 2 hours post dose.
