Assess risk for clinical reaction to egg. Evaluate potential tolerance to baked egg products. Address parental anxiety.

Collection Container/Tube:

Preferred: Serum

Acceptable: Red top

Submission Container/Tube: Plastic vial

Specimen Volume: 2mL preferred, 1.5mL minimum

Collection Instructions: Centrifuge within 2 hours and aliquot serum into a plastic vial.

Avoid multple freeze/thaw cycles.
