Urine

20 mL from a random urine collection in a plastic screw-top urine container. Label specimen with patient’s name (first and last), date of birth, date and time of collection, and collector’s initials. Send specimen refrigerated.

Specimen stability:

4 days refrigerated at 2-8°C
