Acceptable Specimens:

Lice, spider, tick, etc.

 

Submit arthropod in a screw-capped, plastic container.

Note:  If sending a tick, please complete a “Tick Submission Form” in “Request Forms/Form” in “Special Instructions” and forward it with the specimen.
